About Concrete Blessings Foundation — Concrete Blessings Foundation is a community-centered organization focused on education, advocacy, peer leadership, reentry, workforce development, youth and family engagement, resource navigation, workshops, and collaborative community programming. Founded by Rafael Munoz Jr., the Foundation is grounded in lived experience and the belief that adversity should not permanently determine a person's future. Its developing initiatives include Concrete Corner, Healing Beyond the Crisis, community workshops, reentry and workforce pathways, and family-centered programming.
