The Journey

ONE PERSON. MULTIPLE PATHWAYS.

1

Someone may first discover Concrete Blessings Foundation through a community event.

2

They may then attend Concrete Corner.

3

There they may learn about a workforce program.

4

They may request resource navigation.

5

They may later participate in a workshop.

6

They may gain employment or training.

7

Eventually, they may return as a volunteer, mentor, speaker, peer leader, or community partner.

THE GOAL IS NOT DEPENDENCE.

THE GOAL IS DEVELOPMENT.
